For KWF Kyokushinkai Costa Rica the Kagami Biraki Training is very important, since students will renew their commitment to their training, their dojo, and most important to Kyokushinkai Karate. We had a very intense training starting with Kihon, Idogeiko, Big mitt and finishing with a sparring session.
From this day on, students must set their new goals for the new year, knowing that the greater the sacrifice is greater the reward.
